From being extremely overweight and suffering from anxiety and depression about my weight and appearance, I turned to the gym as an escape. Through hard work and the support of my beautiful wife, I was able to overcome and gain a new and greater outlook on life.
My mission is to give the support and accountability to help everyone achieve their fitness goals and to improve overall health.
